Return the original loot table to the collector and only open the portal for special occasions and events, maybe possibly have some sort of keycard that is difficult and uncommon to obtain to enter any time other than events. Maybe 5 piece keycard with random 25% drop chance from;

1) Beast
2) 12m
3) s35
4) s28
5) s13

or any other raid that would require effort and have some sort of lock out, maybe each merc have a 10% chance to drop a random piece, Bio-dome, give some new life to old raids, this would also eliminate the possibility of being able to farm the crap out of the collector while still being able to reap the rewards of "the most difficult encounter in the game". Maybe, maybe not, just thinking.

I think people are farming Beast too much with small teams of 2-3 players and then selling loot rights. The Pande instance portal should only be available for special occasions and events, with maybe some sort of keycard?
