I should track down the guy who offered 500m years ago! Also, there was no tradeskill involved, it doesn't drop on RK, and it does not drop in an area that the ql might indicate. This was a seemingly random drop from an Inferno mission.

Yes, the new missions. I have only seen the one so far. That helm has pretty useful stats for a lowbie though.
