they've been this way, look at the modifier to see what they really are.
Then, compare the icons and prices to see which is faded, bright, shining
hmm so you can still use them even though they all have messed up names, and descriptions i mean the refined nano delta says 0 % nano delta for shiny.... i mean it should be closer to 40 +
compare their prices and icons. just because it sys shiny in the desc means not much
The faded ones will have the same icon and sell for less. They will usually be a darker icon
The bright have kinda 2 dots in the icon, and shining has 3 and would be the brightest and most defined icon.

It's not just textual for those they are BROKEN.
After trying to insert the ones sold by the Techy and then extensive cross reffing auno's DB i find there is not and there can not exist a viable Refined Nano Cluster for Nano Range Increase or Weapon Range Increase that will insert!!!!
FC please fix IMMEDIATELY!
Imagine spending over a year planing to use Nano Ranged implants then find out they have not been fixed for almost a year or more.
