Try this:
1. Uninstall fraps.
2. Run regedit and search for (ctrl+f) and delete "nZgFQGQhfU." (if it exists)
3. While in regedit, delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Licenses.
4. delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Fraps (if it exists).
5. delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Fraps2 (if it exists).
6. search the registry for "fraps" and delete anything that looks like it has to do with fraps
7. Jump to your C:\Documents and Settings\*username*\Local Settings\Temp folder and delete EVERYTHING that it will let you delete.
8. Delete C:\Fraps (or wherever you installed fraps, in my case, C:\Program Files\Fraps) (if it exists)
9. Search for "fraps" in your computer, and delete everything it pops up (unless you recognize something as not part of the program)

now it should be completely gone, and if you install fraps now, it should work.

Are the video's themselves really laggy? Or is it this computer? This computer is teh gimp, so it might just be the computers problem. Just wondering if I should redownload and watch them on my own computer.

now that i got Fraps working, i got another problem

compressing the videos. tried Microsoft movie maker, but the quality just doesnt cut it, my icons look really blurry compared to tias videos, he also uses Microsoft movie maker, I dont know why they're blurry, tried compressing with all the options they got

and.. so now ill probably be looking for a nice compressing proggy

was fraps set to record on 60 fps and were you "full size"? the quality of the file you record in the first place can make a diffrence, i use Microsoft movie maker too
