A 220 fixer with acro up can't evade a 220 enforcer with MR down?

Nerf u newarrival don't tell people how my perks land on evades proffs

Evades don't really matters if you know how to play your char. When i see an evade proff i am kinda happy because they have low HP and evades don't annoy me so that's easy kills.
With sneak attack + dmg shield ( 700 pre nerf ... 350 ish now ) + dimach + some hits that will land ( evades is not 100% ) + some perks that checks other things than evades ( draw blood that checks NR, bring the pain that lands very easy .. i have to check defense check+ devastating blow that check stuns on your target instead of evades ) = u can insta kill any fixer with or without evade perks up.
Btw maybe should make an unique thread for this but i noticed that i cap SA a lot easier on low HP proffs and with my 30 K ish HP i never get capped ( exept by agents and maybe some lucky FA from some soldiers ) any clue ?

Yes, 1hb alpha lands easier than 2he. Except on a MA who you cant stun. I've also tried Bring the Pain on fixers, for it to.. simply not stun, for an unknown reason. (maybe motr, but I never saw it)

700dmg shield? ..... I'd like to see that setup.

But yes, you could alpha kill a non rrfe fixer who is standing infront of you, because devastating blow (being 50% evade) is easier to land than a 2he MR'ed up enforcer, and sneak and dimach = 80% of someone's HP if it caps. Meaning you only have to do 20% of a FIXER's MAX hp (which is what, 13K ish?) with Bring the Pain, Devastating Blow, and Draw Blood.

Selfbuffed I had 9,6k or something, stromm had a hp tower so around 10,5k

Smallfoe I think has/had around 13k hp selfbuffed, you'd have to ask him.

So yeah... never fought a good 1hb/1he enfo so I wouldn't know what to expect
