A quick question to make sure i get it.
Does freak strength check your STR vs The Targets STR and if the targets strength is higher it wont land and vice versa?
Freak strenght perks have an offensive check for user Strenght and a defensive check of the target for 50% evade close
In other words if u have 1k strenght target needs to have <2k evade close
I'm not sure about add all def of target.. i mean if it counts too
