Yes... Clearly 2x easily 40% capped specials is worse than a potentially
capping AS from EC3
When fighting good enfs that don't die in 10 seconds, their dmg shields can be
painful when shooting 1/1, so it's best to only use specials.
So in this case, burst+FA > AS+Fling

Either way, I think im retiring from PvP or taking a break, dunno yet tho. I love PvP and all but getting gang banged 24/7 kinda ruins it.. and half the people i ask for a fair duel turn me down "cough Shadowfighte"

(Deflection shields last too short to make a substantial difference).
I would also like to see how you have 30k HP self-buffed with your set-up as soli, w/o SL essence. (Assuming the link in the sig is your set-up) - I certainly dont see anything even close to that amount.
