I've checked the items DB for 16.3 patch and it seems some armor went nodrop.. Like Bellum badonis coat and Overcoat of the firmament... not sure if it will be implented but thats what I saw.. nuts nuts :P

Also notice how they are NEW items, not updates of the exsisting items?
Meaning that they most likely are quest rewards or somesuch giving an alternative way to obtain it.
