I've seen a negative SK reward too when I checked ql 250 RK single missions, didn't actually do the mission, and I'm 220, so doubt it will affect me.
Still weird to see a negative SK reward.

Okay, not all missions gives -XP or -SK
It seems to be random.. I can see some -SK and some +SK (normal) .. so hard to say what causes that
