That is hardly evidence and old news anyway. Did it ever occur to you, that there could be two ways of obtaining the weapon? If you have a LoA, you get the Kit by, lets say, a quest. If you dont want to spend a hundred points on the LoA, you camp sided mobs 'til kingdom come.

Theres always other possibilities, you know. But we will find out for sure soon enough.

Check out the description. My guess is a tradeskill process used on the lord weapon to disassemble it, probably hacking.

Then again, the parts and result are Nodrop, so a tradeskiller can't do it for you... I could be wrong.

Dude, I dont have to read it. I've read that in the ripped test DB like a month ago. And yet, the post I linked to still reported the drop of such a weapon just recently.

To me it's pretty obvious that Superior (ql200) is made using LoA, and I spent them minimum amount of points (2) on it (when x3 dropped at once ), but lower qls might drop somewhere....

I'd save up for a Burden... just lowball a half dozen points. Beat anyone who just did one and still save a lot. If someone wants it 100 points badly... let 'em.

See, thats yet another possibility. I'm sure nobody who doesnt have a LoA handy would mind using a Ql199 version of it.

Well sure, it could not be ingame yet. But then again, just because its not in the patchnotes, doesnt mean a thing. When was the last time they mentioned every single new/altered weapons/items in patchnotes?

Ok I think the way you do it is LoA + Rebuild Kit + SPB for teh final version, however http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=260700 is a link to a ql50 Rebuilt PB and there are ql up to 199 so does this mean we can have a different gun then the blue dildo? And if so how do we get them?
