But as you HAVE TO unequip all implants and symbiants before reseting it does not change anything.
Urm, unless I'm not understanding a game mechanic, reseting a base ability would allow you to have a higher suplemental ability than would otherwise be possible. As I recall the supplemental abilities are also capped by your base skills. For example, if you by raised the base skills associated with matter creations such that it could be level capped as opposed to base skill capped, and then ipr'd the base skills associated with it, you would be left with a matter creations skill higher than would be ordinarily possible by your base skills. While most implants are dependent on base abilities and treatment (I believe), there are examples that are not, such as the rebuilt NCU wrist implant which is dependent on comp lit & treatment.

As my gran used to say to me, please engage brain before opening mouth.
whereareu was on the right track when he mentioned how all other skills are dependent on base abilities(matter creation as his example). Unless they took away this need to raise base abilities to be able to raise a skill, body dev is still 100% based off stamina, so you're not going to have much more health anyway just from the 5-20(whatever it is) points you can put in body dev before it's capped for your ability level. (And I'm almost certain it's based off the base amount of your abilities, so you can't even implant stamina to raise your body dev skill, aside from that which it would give via trickle down..)

Basically you either have to leech off other people's tanking everything for you or have a friendly doc follow you around and HP buff you for 60 to 160 levels(whatever it may be). Otherwise, low HP twinks are out of the question.

    To clarify it a bit:
When you reset you have to unequip everything: wespons, implant, armours.
When you reset inteligence for example your comp lit will go down (because of trickle down)
With reseted inteligence you will not get as high comp lit as with int maxed so you will not be able to equip whatever you wanted.

Yes Awi, you would lose the trickledown, however you would still be left with a higher comp lit skill should be possible with a lower int. I don't know how much base ability caps effect high level players (never ran into issues w/ that), but on low level toons I have rolled, I consistantly run into issues with have to raise base abilities to allow me to get to level cap on supplemental skills.

Now I cannot reset it I have to re-roll the damn character.

Thanks Funcom. Keep downloading the Conan Porn.
Why would you bother making a twink for that nano..? You'd have a hard time getting the nano requirements too I think at 90.. not to mention you'd never keep up with the nanodrain.

Is it even possible to get 1,047 MC/MM at 90?

If so, he'd need stamina anyways b/c that is 20% of mc skill..

Yes, I do believe so. Thought the amount of credits and time spent on twinkage would be immense. Might even need a pocket trader at the end of it

Edit: I've personally had 870+ at 95, so a wrangle would get me 1k+. Add to this I didn't have a +10 ring, AI armor, Comm relay, any buffing rings or bracers that may exist or any of the rarer/more expensive twinking items, It seems highly possible.
I don't think -5 levels would make much of a difference to skills since it's already at title caps
