2 Yuttos are standing right outside the portal from Pen, and closeby there is a new Yuttos village, i got a mish from one of the Yuttos at the portal, had trouble finishing it since there were 10 other ppl looking for the same mobs...
Perhaps try Yuttos Marshes and Burning Marshes in Inf.
