Rebuilt Perenniums (NOT superior)

Did anyone actually manage to get (or even see one drop) one of the Rebuilt Perennium weapons QL50 to QL199?

The Superior (QL200) are tradeskilled with the upgrade kit (you can see that if you put SPB/SPS in the tradeskill window and it tells you there is 1 process for it) but the rest don't have a tradeskill (can't be upgraded with the kit) so only way you'd get one if they drop (either that or they aren't in the game).

PS. That for live servers, not test, where there was a report of a drop from sided mob(s).
