maybe if funcom would change the testserver policy - so you get a copy of your toons of live to test - more ppl would actually test on testserver - and get a bit more testers.
Or make one toon - that is deleteable and you can put in lvls/profs - whatever as you want ... with whatever equip - theres for sure no economy - sorry for the testserver ppl - but with the latest patches it cant be that you really can test the patches that funcom brings life.

But don't fear! If you watch the Matrix trilogy a couple times, things should be up and running smoothly
but on the real... FC is having technical dificulties.
It's not their fault if your WHOLE life is AO.
But it IS their fault we're all so damn addicted!!
You havent been playing for long then. Theres a nice list of real screwups, however, the frequency at which they happen is alot lower than in many other games of this type.
Also, while it is annoying to not be able to play with all the new cool stuff of this patch, this is apparently not only funcoms fault - at least the downtime yesterday wasnt.

Well, they DID also introduce a way of SKing which is less painful than driving a series of 6 inch long nails into your skull, so if it wasn't for the constant downtime I'd be gibbering with fear, peering into shadows and expecting the Ghost of Murphy to leap out at any moment, bludgeoning me about the head with a blunt object.

Im not complaining about the patch/down time ect. But, yesterday there was so much lag i crashed and then i couldnt access, the client/any of anarchy's websites (this one, official anarchy-online.com/funcom account page. This i thought was a total server crash (as i couldnt see that they actually took them down). And i was just wondering in case this happens again...What is the Tech support email?
Every time i use tech-support@anarchy-online.com i get a email delivery status failure (doesnt send). So i am forced to use support@anarchy-online.com (which is meant for small things not tech support.)
Patch whiners suck. Downtimes happen. Think, Do you really rely on this game so much for fun? or can you do other things?

No I have the common sense to understand that any major patch, will bring a few bugs. Due to the scale of the game, testservers can't find everything.
Also I've been playing mmorpgs since mud's.

Yes, bugs are hard to notice (except the sk loss one) But a complete blackout like it was yesterday isn't a bug...
