They have actually learned their lesson, not rushing uppgrades, like was the case on SL and AI (wasent around when NW came out, but I might have heared something about it being the worst somewere).

Despite all these downtimes and bugs, I'm still very happy about 16.3, yeah, new skill window or "wheel camera" suck, but it's a small price to pay for all the new stuff they introduced in 16.3

Don't u think its a bit too early to say that they have learnt the lesson (when a not so major patch is causing numerous problems & downtime). Wait till LE comes out and we'll see if they have 'really' learnt the lesson.

PS - Want some compensation for wasting our 2 days FC - after all, u charge us on a flat-time basis and not on playtime!

I just don understand why ppl always have ti give a bether eta than they can hold?
In my job, I work whith ships, and loading opperations, and when I ask the ppl responible for loading, what time they wil be finished, I know I must add atleast 30 mins to their answer. It seems the same here with FC, If they say 40 mins, it meens 60 minutes, atleast :-).

That would mean from the time of the post they are Estimating that the servers will be back up in 30 minutes. Not 40+30 just each time I post an ETA it means from that time.
