The thrak key quest.
You used to give the ancient device to a swift silvertail to cover their eyes.
It seems they have since changed it so now you need to give the device to a dreaming silvertail.
Understanding it is not a long or difficult quest, it still would have been nice if they mentioned "a change" in it.

As an add-on...
You also no longer need 1 insgnia for each silvertail. You only need 1 to combine it with the device.
I have also noticed, you cannot attack the dreaming silvertail, until after you give it the item and it changes form.
