points to research for RK mobs after 200

I'm glad to see that there is a plan to get endgame level toons back to rk, but may I recommend to consider an idea I've seen on game suggestions some time ago?

Somebody recommended to give points to research (research only) for non-gray mobs after level 200. Please consider adding this.

I wouldn't imagine it would be too hard - it happens if you team with someone under level 200 on RK.
