Add nano init to ACDC

Alien Combat Directive Controller already gives 75 to melee/ranged/physical init, please add 75 nano init too. There are still a lot of nanos impossible to cap on full def and this would help a little.

I guess they do not add nanoinit to items because we already have compiler

No nanoinit in observant armor, no init in ACDC

I think it would make sense. Maybe for (Nano Crystal) Hamster Drumming as well.

Adding nano init will makes acdc more powerful especially for nano technicians who is powerful from before because they root, kite and nukes people to death everywhere.
