I won't be able to join you Mir for about 3 or 4 weeks. My laptop died, which means I lost that huge file I need to play LoTRO and AO... D:

I managed to get it fixed, but I've ordered the Windows 7 upgrade (I really want to get out of Vista hell) and it'll take about two weeks before I finally get it

So, then, after I do get it, I need to do a clean install, put everything back on, download and install everything again, and then get the payment sorted to actually play LoTRO due to the fact that my trial would've definitely ran out by then.

Though, until then, I'll be on AORC if anyone needs to get to me


P.S. I'm not leaving AO just yet if anyone's curious. I pay yearly, so I'll probably still be here for 2010 at least. There's still plots to finish!

Seriously though, I'll have to say LOTRO is pretty much a roleplayer's haven. It's so immensely supported, it runs a million times better and prettier than AO and.. Well.. You just can't argue against a whole server consisting of roleplayers by about 80-90%. We're talking RK1 population or even more (the world is designed better), just all roleplayers.

You should, it is lots of fun, but I think you should still try and rekindle your fire for AO, otherwise we'll all be leaving Nohva on his lonesome.

Pity there's no lifetime membership option for AO like LoTRO has... That'd be a sure way to ensure you reward those veteran players and keep them coming back to AO... *hint hint* *cough*Means*hint hint*

I have to say I am a little disappointed that having talked to ark last week about idea's for Black Cell with reagrads to things we can and we cannot do. Even though ark agreed to everyone single one of them. One idea was weaponise toy's.a Black Cell weaponised a few leet dolls for a little something coming up soonish and now yesterday ark made "robotic" alien toys' attack people in Borealis. When Black Cell do it now. It going to look like we copied ark when they copied us. There my rants over.

I would like to point out that the template for that event has been in our database since 2006 and has been ran multiple times since then.
