MAs cannot cast anything worth casting in NR2 as well. You get abyssmal heals, can't cast DB nanos etc. The only really feasible NR2 classes I know of are agent and NT and even they don't use it much.

Versus engy's 24% reflect :

Double : 875/s
IU : 872,48/s

engineers have 27% reflect, plus the chance of an extra 13% reflect proc.
at 27% it comes out at 838.04/s.

Then throw in the very likely possibility that the engineer has RRFE and it goes to 33% reflect

There was this one 214 ma that wanted to duel my nt outside bs. I asked "are you sure?" then he replied "yeah I'm bored" I was 98% certain he had nr perked but thought what the hell lets do it. To my surprise I even won it. If it were decent equipped 220 ma I would've been dead for sure though. (dunno if he had nr8 but still ****loads of nr)
