Forums password length limit?

I was having some problems after changing my forums password. Turned out there is problem that the account pages do give you Success even if the password is too long. Of course, you can't log in to the forums with the password.

I don't know where the exact limit is, but at least 26 chars was too long. It is also possible that either the password field or server did just cut my password, but I don't know where the cut happened, and it doesn't happen on forums.

Just that if someone could check where the problem is when they got time, and also for other people to know if they got problems with it.

And before you say... never too secure with passwords. WTB secure connection to forums.

In my experience passwords seldom are allowed to go past 25.

Usually in my experience they can either be 12,15,20 or 25.

How far this forum goes I don't know but if you know how to create strong password you should not need more than 10 letters, number ect.
