Equipment lock bug

I decided to lock all my armour slots so I could unperk ate3 without the worry of reperking to get armour back on.

Somehow while locking my leg slot it unequipped the item after I hit lock and now I am unable to get my legwear back on because slot is locked and I cant unlock it because the slot is empty...

Same thing happend to my fixer. Hope it gets fixed with this emergency patch, i would hate to wait in que all over again
