Was trying to give a toon my 170 NTs old Ofab Ring (Ql200). It doesnt have a No Drop Tag on it, but I still can not trade it. It says its no drop. I tried it with an old (bought before this patch) QL300 Ring, and it traded just fine.

Same for me but it says the "trade partner" already have the item. And i'm 100% sure that my lvl10MP dont have a ql300 engineer ofab ring. (last time i logged him was like 1week ago, ofab was still nodrop)
