    You would still have to reload when you needed to make sure all 15+ bullets were available for an FA.

    I would prefer soldiers had the 15000 cap removed and minimum recharge capped at 20 seconds with easier to land bullets as well. A capping hit is perfectly reasonable on any profession ever 20 seconds and in pvm if you twink your FA and damage add you should be rewarded regardless of how much damage it could end up. Won't effect lower levels as they can't cap the FA recharge anyways. Would have to get rid of that bullet damage nerf too, with a 20 second recharge the FA's should be at least 30000+ for a good soldier.

    The effectiveness would not change at all of those weapons if you employed my proposed system. Also choosing a weapon with the correct size clip should be part of the decision making when you set up a character. JPGPP has always been known for PvM prowess, not PvP. If it went unchanged in both (as it would) then nothing is wrong.

    The other examples are mostly irrelevant in today's game world.

    Iirc, 2500 FA skill will give a 30 potential bullet hit.
