Theres still a lot of profs who need nano rebalancing done and who knows about the engine.

2006 - balancing round 1 (NTs get tripple and NBG/NBS).
2008 - new engine?
2009 - (re)balancing round 2 (advys, engis and other profs that were in need of love get AS pistol and low def check perks).

Engine goes into beta Q1 or Q2 this year. New player stuff and engine are on the same patch. Balance will likely be before, or same patch as engine/newplayer stuff.
