1st all people in Bore got "feared". Means all were running around without control over their characters. Then a sandstorm came... dunno if this was done by the "haxx0rs" though.

Then uuuh they randomly made players laaaaarge and morphed them etc. Suddenly there were Albtraum Bracers, Lead Bots and Digamma Armor (the OP AI armor) all over Borealis on the street. Ready to be picked up. Then "backpack test leets" spawned who dropped Halloween BPs and RBPs

Then they spawned Beast and Tarasque and then server went down iirc. ^^

Small update: We are moving very fast in isolating the issues and have begun internal testing on the servers. We hope to have the servers up before the current ETA. More information will be posted as it comes in. Again, thanks for being patience with us as we work through these issues.

I would really like to know if our account information are safe or not?
Including payment informations!!!
I am not sure how the server structure is, or if its even possible for anybody to get access to thos informations, but an official "yes, your accounts are safe" from funcom would make me sleep better!!

Its 2AM here >.<

a good hacker use his energy to make money and then he use his free time to drive his new bling bling car or fly with his jet around the world.

I feel the pain at the 1. january as the first player here in AO
i was logged in and stand into borealis and my toon get teleport to xan reclaim and there i look
oO and think wtf i am lvl 1 and my first name was changed to "Owned ya"
into my inventory i found 4x alphabetic shirts with PWND
and i was there complete nude and got no cred´s

a little later a GM gives me all the lvl and items back
a bit later i call the next GM to give me the 30 ai lvl back
on the 2. january i equip my toon complete new.
and Means gives me my lost cred back (thx again Means)
my ton was now OK.

I hope the server technicans can make a rollback
and i hope we can longer play AO

ps.

A Rollback is a must
i saw many looting Diagama armor, Burden, supplebots, ancient bracer and and and

Yes, your account information is safe. The issues we are experiencing are only with the game server and not anything to do with your account information or anything remotely relating to that area.

1) hope this does not affect players in a way that they decide to stop paying and playing

2) i wanna see if my account is safe >< havent been online in over a week :s

3) for that/those hacker(s) spawning themself items... i'm sure FC has an automated way of tracking down player inventories for specific items that are not ment to be ingame.

Every Item-Spawn will be logged on Server, so if they spawned Items before this would be readable in the Logs!

Yeah and u get a "Your attempt has been logged" for every command you try on live servers... ^^ it's clearly easier to test around on a private server. But that is against the EULA anyway iirc... so who would do that anyway.
