Ofcourse ppl will make 200 twinks. There are tons and tons of retired tl5 alts out there just waiting to be turned into 200 twinks.

The thing is that while a 200 is naturally much more potwerful than your regular 160 ish twink they are nothing like the difference between say a 174 and a 219.

So.. tl5 tower twinks will be fine. They will get more competition now. Which is ok imo since hhab was nerfed.

apart from the fact nobody has a 151 toon. Most people make 154/159/161/165/164/168/170 tl5 tower twinks.

Not far fetched a level 154 twink would beat a 200 and certainly a 170 vs 200 is pretty much a fair fight.

So, does that mean items that were not in game will come back, but as social items? Or that items that have always been in game that weren't supposed to will now just be social items?

It means that all those people that got Digama armor during the rogue GM fiasco in Bore and managed to keep it, won't get any benefits from it other than being able to put it in social.
