I am not trying to be cocky.. I came to a conclusion that is supported by more than one source, which I linked to you and explained to you. All that you did is contradict me without giving me an awnser or an explaination.. That makes me rather patient, not cocky.

Now I see you posting 2435. I am not saying that I am right and that your wrong, but I care more about how you came to this conclusion.. So care to explain?

it would be 2425 if it was 11s. Most sites say the cap isn't 11s, but 10 + attack time (1.2). So you should calculate towards 11.2, not 11.

Can you equip envy on lvl 200 soldier? Would need WU from Collector of course first.

At first I said it wasn't doable since I tried with a 200 Atrox Sold but since I never like leaving things as is I decided to try again.

Long story short its doable and not worth it at 200 unless you want a Opifex Sold or worse yet a Soli Sold, unless you want Tacky Hack over Opening and lose 100% CC from going soli.
