Bracer of Focused Concentration now adds Defense modifier instead of projectile damage modifier for higher QL of the item.

What?!
Why the hell?! Why would you break that item!!!
I want the old one back

yea was gonna say... no sense on the focused concentration... just hp, int and a whopping and frankly STUPIDLY op +5 proj dmg
