The Rubi-Ka Times (short RKT) is a newspaper written by players for players.
Everyone can participate and become a reporter. All you have to do is being a registered member on AO-Universe and join the RKT Reporters group.

The Rubi-Ka Times is an open system, accepting input from everyone. A moderation team quickly confirms new articles before they go live, however it is your news. We will try to interfere as little as possible.
The AOU-Team however always has the last word regarding questionable content and reserves the right to ban users from the system should they try to abuse it.

Just a reminder that the ARK Freelance program is still active of sorts.

The tool no longer works but we will still accept any articles sent to us at events-feedback@ark.anarchy-online.com or events.feedback@gmail.com

Unfortunately we cannot continue the reward part of the program as such (beyond perhaps handing out reporter gear to continually active participants) but at the same time most of the previous requirements to join the program have dropped, we will accept reports from anyone for editing.

This program is not as open as the AO universes RK Times as the editors are working under guidelines set by their factional government but it is a good way to get reports out.

A brief rundown of how the program works currently:

Events receives the email containing the article
Article is sent to one of the article editors in the events team who looks over it and may make some changes.
Edited article is sent back for confirmation
You can change any further parts and send it back to be re-edited or you can confirm your happy with any changes made during editing phase.
Article is posted by the publication it was sent to (IRRK, OTPC, FJRK) in the editors news forum and on the IRRK news cast.
