So again new patch and patching problems, is anyone able to upload a copy of the ActionbarHelp.html from 18.4.7_EP1 somewhere so I can test patching again? I don't use any addon GUI's or anything beyond what you can change ingame.

I just downloaded a new copy of the full client copied the ActionbarHelp.html from that to my previous install and it patched just fine. Not sure about your link though I couldn't seem to reach the server, and attempting to run nslookup or ping to that address "snake.oil.eu" came back as non-existant...so again not sure if you were trying to actually help or just be a smart donkey.
