    DB 3 floor 2

    Broken, plain and simple. Some people in team (my self included) get hit by the little flames 2-4 times instantly when they spawn, before we can even touch a movement key. Big flames will spawn in randomly with no warning what so ever. And it's just to much to do to be honest. If your looking at it from a docs perspective, you gotta watch the flames on the floor, you gotta watch the teams health, you gotta watch your ncu to keep the buff running, you gotta be able to get the right buff to avoid the dot so now you gotta keep the rest of the room in focus, and it's just a little over the top.


    I like the challenge but it's just to much. I'd suggest either removing the flames or the need to get the buffs. And the flames need to be fixed or it's just gonna be impossible. Another suggestion is to increase it's physical being to encompass the entire room so that melee users can hit it from anywhere inside (like with mitaar), giving them the ability to hang back a bit further to be closer to the buff totems.

    ^that was instant while standing still, before i could even get a chance to try to move.

    The more I play that instance the more I feel that the center part of the room where the boss stands isn't supposed to light on fire at all.

    if that were so.. People would need to brave the fire to get the buffs, "cowards"(people who are too chicken to run off the safe square to get buffs) get owned by the boss dot..

    Sounds a lot more logical and more fun than what we have to deal with atm :/

    I can see the logic as well, but the way it is currently, seems like the programming did not go along with the logic, unless FC is just plain old enjoying this horrible tease. Esp now with the dead spots gone.

    I think the problem is overlap. For example, I think FC wanted the small flames to hit you once or twice, then you jump out of the way, but, the problem, I think is that the collision of your avatar overlaps several small flames at once, resulting in 2-4 hits coming instantly, and, immediate death.

    If they don't change the collision on the small flames, they should change the damage to 1k fire damage, and, if they don't, they should change the collision on the small flames.

    or no fire in center square also makes sense.

    This would be a considerably more sane way to do the instance.

    Yup, tried it half an hour ago.

    Stood in center, didn't even have the chance to back off from center, my 33k hp keeper didn't stand a chance. :/

    Blind spots between tiles were maybe too easy, but now, 99.9% of the teams will wipe at start.

    Rethink this before changing anything (or put back blind spots).

    It's not good. Players that are top-PVM capable are failing this floor miserably. I'm hopeful that FC changes something. They have been actually pretty responsive to players concerns in the past while.

    Yeah... Not even the slightest bit of acknowledgement. Starting to feel like it was something else swept under the rug so they can work on the next batch of stuff. Something along the lines of "Yes, we are aware of the issue, but we are time pressed currently with the halloween content. We will look at it just as soon as we have the man power to do so." would be nice to see, if that so happens to be the case. Just taking a best guess here.

    Remove dmg from warning flames... plain and simple... they dont need to do dmg considering the next flame will insta kill you.

    If FC simply remove all dmg or halve it bu 80% from the warning flames there wont be a problem solving that "difficult" room.

    The instakill from unknown dmg is not the problem in there at all.

    and now either everyone is sick of dying and doesn't want to even bother

    or they have what they need and never ever ever want to go back.

    I don't know how much is the communities fault, or the design of this thing, but I'm pissed
