As mentioned in a recent patch, the cloak from basic armor is no longer a head piece, but a back piece..
Are we supposed to get AI cloack armor too? I didn't find anything about it
Would love it, because the back is pretty useless now..

It is used for the social AI backpieces still; check Maria's fashion shop in Uncle Bazzit's. Not that the change does anything to those cloaks.
