Rubi-Ka Hardcore Pack - No upgrades available?!

I'm sure I must fail at internets.

However, when I click on the email about this offer, I'm taken to my accounts page with no mention of or place to access said offer.

Special Offers and Upgrades link says "No upgrades available". Change my subscription only takes me to the old standard subscription offers.

Am I boned because my accounts are already paid on a month - to - month subscription? Do I need to cancel and renew? When does the offer expire?

Did some fixer hopped up on MT Dew and GA root/snare my access to Specials? This Inquiring Mind wants to know!

Change billing cycle to 12 month and then click pay now ?

I find them under specials offers and when I click the special offers logo it then asks which one of the two I'd like to get.

(I have currently 6 months subscription cycle.)

Apparently some people can't see it :| no idea why.

It's under the Special Offers and Upgrades at the bottom of the page to the right. But were some orgmates who also tried to find this yesterday and failed.

Possibly the "oops, wrong billing server" mistake.

Oh wait, that's what the guys did @ my work 3 billing cycles running. Makes for entertaining mornings.

I got the same email today ...

I found clicking on the 'special offers' spot and then pick 6 months or 12 months and click on the 'upgrade account' button. It went thru as far as 'payment pending' ... but so far still pending. Just changing your billing cycle to 12 months does not get you the goodies, you have to do the 'upgrade account' method to change to 6/12 months for it to work.

The offer doesn't show to a sl-only account so I assume the answer is no.

I think the offer's not showing to some people for a variety of different reasons, so not sure that means much.

Also, even if doesn't show to SL-only account, what would the SL-only have to do with it?
It definitely shows up on my all expansions account, and a froob account, so no particular reason i can see what the offer has to do with whatever expansions you already have. Just not sure if it includes expansions if you don't have it already.

I guess the best thing to do is contact support if it's not showing up. Must be some kind of mistake.
