The Spiks on the new helmet can not be seen. On my chars which previously had a DB3 Helmet.
All others chars from me have the spikes!
and the Spikes are very important!! o0

What particular character doesn't have spikes showing on the helmet? Breed/gender/side, if you can. =)

my Male Solitus Trader Omni (220) and my Male Nanomage NT Omni (220) have the Spikes on the Testserver (without DB3 Helmet loot)
but not on the Liverserver (with DB3 Helmet loot)
thats its the only difference form Test to Live

Aye, I recall there being some issues with the spikes but couldn't remember if they were addressed in the last build or not - All makes/models should be fixed in the next update out to the live servers. =)

That helmet has amazing fine detail, approaching that found in AoC. I thought it wasn't possible to generate textures that detailed in the old AO engine? Or it is just a matter of too much of that detail now and the clients would start to crawl (more so then they do now)?
Nanomage Male Clan does not show spikes, so far for me.
