My perk window shows that I have all my perks used, none available to assign. However, it looks like I haven't placed any (the window looks like it would on a level 1 toon). The perks are usable from my hotbar, but I cannot unlearn them (which I was planning to do).
Just relog , that is a frequently occuring Bugs after Crahes , regular relog fixes it

I dislike Multiboxes , Makros , Programmable Keyboards , Multiple Actions to 1Key-Binds << all of them simply do not fit my Idea of Gaming-Skills/Competition-Ethics .

-there are Players below 220
-there are Players without Towers
-there are Players without full Org-Benefits
-there are free Players
Relog didn't work for me earlier, but getting a perk ding refreshed it.
