Target Can't be in a fight

Ok, just noticed that this "problem" that has been fixed at least twice is back in full force. If you are going to a shop and get agro from some random grey anun tearer or other mob, you can't get in. Get the message "target can't be in a fight." This is excessively annoying when some grey mob half a playfield away, probably stuck in geometry somewhere, is blocking you from getting into a city shop.
This was absurd previously, and remains so. Also, I would like to know how this same problem recurrs. This is the third time it has been addressed in forums, and every year or so it is fixed, but like a bad bowl of chili, it keeps coming back to take it's revenge. Is there no permanent fix or is it intentional to reverse the fix?

Yes ... I have seen this issue come up many times and supposedly get fixed. I have also noticed it is back at least for player city Markets ... have not confirmed if mission and/or dungeon doors are broken again.

It really would be nice if this would stay fixed ... that we are allowed to zone into missions, dungeons, markets, and other buildings while "target is in a fight" ...

Be careful what you wish for! They might fix it the other way and make it so you can't zone anywhere while in a fight.

If there is any doubt in anyone's mind, this is annoying and it gets consistently broken as evidenced by the number of times it has been addressed/fixed. Fixed should mean just that, it is fixed and stays fixed. Not this ninja re-introduction of the same problems. I would really like an answer as well. Was this an intentional ninja re-introduction? This type of recurring "it doesn't stay fixed" is one of the major reasons people get annoyed and leave. Whether it was caused by a internal rogue that wanted players to not be able to zone into shops with agg or whether it was accidentlly re-introduced the result is the recurrance of a majoy annoyance that has been reportadly fixed at least 5 times since 2005. Well FIX IT AGAIN, PLEASE!!!!!!!

Oh the happy silirrion days when this one hit live...Cant zone in adonis underwater dungeons because the environment is attacking you with a DoT.
That was one of the best patches ever.

Noticed this recently in Pleasent Meadows. Had a anun tearer (quite grey) that aggroed me as I was flying east from 20K and could not get into the player shop near the easteen zone. Was not sure why this was happening, but it looks like it has been a problem for many years. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Cba to take off social weps on my shop runner cause they look too sweet, would be nice to live without the fear of having to make some trips twice cause a grey anun wanted me dead
