I half concur with the OP.

Some runs, I have been waiting till the very killing of Vizaresh to get a team on meh engy. Never gotten invites. Not always possible to have orgmates around, so for my engy, it surely seems dead.

in my opinion, when you cant find the team, create it thats how I always find teams with my engi, or my mp or my trader, I dont let them push me aside ever and neither should you

Tested one night, put shade on lft, 15 min no invite or anything, put crat on lft and in less than 30 seconds i had a invite.

Well, I feel uneasy on a 216 engy to start making teams with 220s. Feels like the world has been turned upside down.
