Notice that the mission is timed. It's very hard to complete (without great DD) if you get two Medics.
Keep trying or bring a friend.

At the moment I have 2 characters who gets this daily on regular basis: 199 shade and 200 NT.
For shade it is no problem and always finishing on first try, for NT it is a different story I sometimes struggle 5-8 times before I manage to kill 3 aliens within 3 minutes.
