Whats with most RK2 and always talking about duels?

Changed it I hate it when people use duel experience as viable information in a discussion. It throws out most of your toolset and does not show any benefit to being a truly team-pvp built character either.

Probably because duel type encounters are always 1vs1, always self buffed and a controlled environment. Enfo power in city pvp is devastating, indeed, and there are very very few counters to them.
