It is wrong yeah, I did a test today with Premium Arctic Metaplast Mace & Torturing Tool, when I did not have have 1499 MA skill for the combined attack it was only my weapons that did dmg.
I then ran in again with a 131 wrangle and I got the 3rd attack, would also like to mention that my dmg went ballistic at that point.


I will test tomorrow if what hand has what weapon impact the 3rd attack, currently I got mace in right, will swap it to left tomorrow and check

Worth mentioning maybe is that the 3rd attack did not come into play until I had 1501+ MA skill.

So 2x maces would be more damage right? since u need 1499 Ma anyway why not just use two

Arctic mace is not the best main hand damage, it is simply the best off hand you can equip with the multi melee available to you at level 150.
On my own crap MA with one piece of +18 CC, ofab pants and the rest mainly crap armor could wear a ql 261 type 48, a high end setup should manage 270 or more i think. Kyr stick would come out ahead, TT looks pretty nice as well, with maxed out crit it would be insane.

edit:
The really big deal with Arctic is that it enables Fast Attack, giving you 3-5 more attacks per minute ( really dunno how many you'd manage to push out).

I went piercing with Haz claw and premium tanto (and 223 CM)

Fast and 1/1 easily capped, IP/symb friendly, FA and brawl, nice overall DD, moar procs, works with lower MA Skill, 2Kish crits, 6 sec FA... And I can cast the bronto heal and pen add dmg self, side map upgrade, max CL/FA/brawl (no dimach) and no weird perk setup to compensate, only "sacrifice" is the str/sta alien stuff to keep CM 100%.

Tested vs an unarmed twinked MA (225 pen pant), no extensively though, dmg is 20% bettter, knowing that I run dmg/heal procs and he's on dmg/crit for he has better def/evades.

I just got lucky and looted QL 149 Torturing tool on my MA and I am ready to retwink/copy similar set up.

I am only not sure about IP?
Shoud I max boths melee and physical inits?
