That should really have been a Perk Trained (operator 93) <whatever perk ID Apotheosis 10 is, probably 10011>. Yes, research lines are implemented as perks. As are shadow breeds, IIRC.

Patch 18.8.13, which was released on April 14, 2016, introduced 2 new NPCs - Arbiter Vincenzo Palmiero (https://forums.anarchy-online.com/sh...cenzo-Palmiero) & Arbitration Drone (https://forums.anarchy-online.com/sh...itration-Drone) and a handful of new missions.

The rewards for these missions are listed as 'Gift of Palmiero' in the database. https://aoitems.com/search/namealmiero/ . As you can see, there are 8 of them and some of them were tweaked as of 18.8.14.

1st - https://aoitems.com/item/303096/gift-of-palmiero/ - Reward for Arbiter's 'Alien Invasion' Mission
- I base this on the mission rewarding the user with AXP

3rd - https://aoitems.com/item/303182/gift-of-palmiero/ - Reward for Arbiter's 'Dust It Off' Mission
- I base this on the mission rewarding the user with regular XP and a guaranteed Ql 300 Item

- I base this on the mission rewarding Solo or Team PvP Score
- Question: What is the 20% chance Ql 300 hash: BYAB item?

- I have to assume that this is not one of the 3 missions that the Arbiter offers since their rewards are listed above.
- Question: Can you confirm that the 10% chance item is one of the new ICC Drones? Damaged Freelancers Inc Recall Beacon?
- Question: What is the 20% chance Ql 300 hash: DMFR item?
- Question: Can you confirm that this is the reward from the 'Freelancer's Inc.' mission?

My main goal is to deduce what mission rewards the user with a % chance at the new Drone Item. I believe it is the ICC 'Freelancers Inc' mission, which I assume to be the 7th reward (listed above). If anyone can CONFIRM that they've received the Drone from a specific mission, that would go a long way.

Civil Disobedience gives you one of the ICC Drones.
The drone gives you the mission for #7, it's simply complete 3 regular dailies. The only item I've gotten for that is the Broken ICC Beacon (30m recharge), which differs from the ICC Beacon you can buy with your points that has a 10m recharge.

The ICC Drones are listed as QL 1 in the database, yet this reward shows a 20% chance of a Ql 300 Item.

I, too, thought it was the PvP mission from the Arbiter that gave the drones, but I always pull the Arbitration Drone's 'Freelancer's Inc' mission, Arbiter Vincenzo Palmiero's 'Civil Disobedience' PvP mission, and the 3 BS daily's so I can finish them all at the same time. In doing so, I have not been able to deduce which mission (Civil Disobedience or Freelancer's Inc) gives the ICC Drone and these database entries only add to the confusion.

Can anyone else confirm that they are receiving ICC Drones from either the Civil Disobedience mission update or the Freelancer's Inc mission update? Please make sure to note which mission gave you the item.

Demoder, could you, perhaps, shed some light on why these items are listed as QL 300 hashes in the database and answer a few of my questions listed above when you are available?
