Unable to heal people if your levels are too far apart is LAME!

As far as I know, this should not be the case. We will investigate to see if this is an issue caused by today's patch.
Hello - I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. It was possible to send a healing meatball at a lowbie alt as it fought a battle it could not win. The heals seemed to be casted and applied as intended.Originally Posted by rysz

maybe he meant in PVP.
AFAIK, if he's in 25% gas, the healball will be limited to the same rules that affect any gas restriction in terms of teaming, and therefore buffing/healing.
Edit: it could have been inadvertent gas, OR, it also could have resulted from flags.

Confirmed: players cancelling accounts over 25% gas areas. Riot pls fix.
There used to be an issue with missions when the door was in 25% too, not checked that recently, so don't know if it's still a problem.
