Significant milestones in AOs story

I'm helping Mastura out with compiling a breakdown of significant milestones in AOs story. This is for his brilliant project of recording all of AOs milestones - you can check out what he's done up to now here. So, what i'm asking if anyones interested, is to reply with a list of what you think are significant milestones in AOs story. I'll be posting my own list soon, and once we're all agreed and satisified we can send the final list off to Mastura.

Note: We're looking for important or historical things.

Ok, because it turns out to be zillions of things that could be considered significant i'm doing my lists into 2 parts: Pre-game launch and Post-game launch. Post-game launch is from roughly page 17/18 on the timeline.
