Offer was immediate access for one year sub or extension. If you did that then it's time for the ol' contact customer support.

Always nice to get something extra, so a thum up for the keeper & nano changes.
Although it's going to feel a bit strange to lose healing with drains/nsd

Can we assume that keepers need the same skill that it takes to cast a nano to keep it healing 100%?
If that's the case i'de really like the skills to be lower by a lot (as they are in the now 2 old "new" nano document) or most will have to run around with buff gear just to have it heal like it is doing atm.
Don't you just hate this kind of ppl

We will likely make changes that are not in the nano documents as we have gotten certain code support that we didn't expect to get when the nano documents were made (Like the ability to actually delete/purge nano programs from the game database.) As a general rule; the changes we make will have a basis in the nano documents, but will likely not be identical. I will also not spend more tine on making new nano documents as it is clear now that we will have to release systems changes bit by bit and ensure that changes that are tightly related to each other will get updated at the same time.

The leveling pets are nice, perkline changes the full impact won't be seen until it hits live and the usual suspects try some creative use of them. More runspeed for newbies good, waiting to see what final 220 run caps will be, though. I'll just !@#$%^ about the loss of advie (other) morphs and leave it at that...

Add this to the "they wont be happy no matter what" file if you wish but.. how does a rez sickness remover fit into the toolset/role of a keeper? I know keepers are probably the worst profession to deal with when it comes to end game rebuffing after death but the nano screams 'doctor' to me. Not a big deal, just curious about the reasoning behind placing that in the keeper profession toolkit and maybe some insight on how you guys view their role in teams too I guess.

    Genele,

With the Morph-line changes for Adventurers, will you also consider making the suggested change to the visual size of a morphed adventurer so we don't get our heads lost in walls anymore?

Well, the MP pets are working rather nicely with the new nano system under em. Now if only the Demon wasn't still a true gimp with just 1 hand

SO...nano skills matter again, fantastic. But will this mean each pet can have varied stats based on nano skills? Will you have a zone check, meaning you have to be fully buffed each time you zone or pet will lose stat? Will there also be a new pet info stat telling what "lvl" your pet is based on nano skills.

As a former Keeper Professional, I couldn't agree more.

Buffing in endgame isn't a big problem, even an atrox can easilly selfcast the highest buffs (after res sickness is gone ofcourse), but a ress sickness removal? Can we cast it on others or just ourselves like all our other nanos?

I would REALLY like to see what this is all about. So if you need another pair of hands on the quality testing the Beta, I'm there.

Have to admit I'm more septic than supporting of these changes. Most of it feels to me as "dumbing down" and making AO easy, perhaps too easy. Yes, AO has a really steep learning curve, but that is one of the things that makes it a unique game.

Really not a fan AT ALL about making the advy morphs self-only, morphing others have been such a big part of AO since day 1 that I feel it's really taking away something of the gameplay of the game.

Thanks for "fixing" DM, Funcom, yeah, no really... thank you so, so much. I was missing having my toolset put back to 2007.

First of all my dear keepers: Getting this doesn't mean you're not getting other updates.

The idea behind giving this to Keeper is simply because Keeper needs more interesting tools considering they are one of two subscriber professions.
Doctors are already desirable teammates, and their job is to keep people alive. If anyone dies, they failed their job now didn't they? Time for someone else to step in and save the day...

The Keeper Resurrection sickness removal nano is a "target" nano. Meaning you can execute it on anyone, but it does have a cooldown so it can not be spammed.

Thanks for the answer, making it a "target" nano seems good.

Also, I'm not expecting something revolutionary given to the Keepers. Something to make them more viable (in team and soloplay) would be nice though, as the game seems to only revolve around doc, crat and soldier at the moment.

Ok, we really need you to not read that old guide to teaming with doctors or at the very least don't quote from it as some might take you seriously, lol. As someone that's played a doctor main for an overwhelming majority of my AO time I can honestly say that when someone in the team has died, its almost never been due to a fault of mine. This has also applied to about 90% of the teams I've been in where I wasn't the doctor. Doctor's are there to heal mob damage but unfortunately you haven't provided the doctor profession with a nano that repairs stupidity on the part of their teammates so can't put a death's blame on them.

All jokes aside, I was kinda hoping that adding the rez thing + the change to their heal auras was you guys attempt at boosting/encouraging the support healer role within the keeper toolset. I recall a guy that was in my org that had a 220 keeper with some sort of setup that made him a fantastic healer. I haven't taken my keeper past 150 because its too boring for my personal playstyle so no idea what he had perked or what gear he was using. Kinda shocked to hear that its just a filler skill to give them something else to do. I don't think keepers are too keen on buffing other people.. at least they seem annoyed whenever someone asks them for behe.
