New OFAB shoulder armors

For MP's im calling shenanigans on this one. IF you can put the helmet on with the Int/Psy reqs, There is not anything you would want to wear that has higher Int reqs except lvl locked symbs. Therefore the helmet does not need Int, which is why it has Str for twinking.

I was referring to your question for the shoulder pads. The helmet was a suggestion I gave up on. The shoulders should assist in getting other ofab on, for example the enfo ofab shoulders.

Im sorry I missed the change up. I think the MP shoulders 1hb/Bow/Defense is perfect honestly. I can't complain about MP shoulders, I know Ill probably wear at least one once I get home from work, first thing im doing is heading to OFAB shop to spend some of my vp's.

Yeah I'm just complaining about the strength. Change that to Intel and I would be happy on the shoulders.
