I don't really get the reasoning here. As Gaggee already said, ELLTS is not a twink item as in using it to get something else on. And even the TPBP is afaik only used for low twinks for that extra CL and those aren't really affected by the upcoming changes. Sooo....?

i do need those extra points of CL on some toons,

there are tons more items that are not obtainable or only during certain times of the year.

Pioneer Backpack is only usefull for low level "twinks" which in fact are not twinked for self buffed fights but for max comp lit/ncu to allow massive OSB !
For me any twink that is relying on massive OSB is not a twink but a piece of ****.
I do not care about low level tower fields because there is no skill and no fun involved there, only maxing NCU and amount of OSB...
