My tests from 18.7.0.20 were seeing over 20k without a heavy nanoskill setup, but it wasn't consistent.

More in the ballpark of 14-21k or so.

ah not intrested then, if not 18k+ min dmg on garuks for pvm its still crapp. we had that legit with dm, usualy was 22k-30k dmg and to dev's suprise with this dmg we still shared top dmg with shade, engi, crats usualy so i dont see why the nerf has to be so damn high on the nuke.
other specials attack with 11 sec recharge like as and fa hits for more anyways if they are afraid of garuks to cap high in pvp becose of it aswell, but it obviously wont so nothing makes sense why they cant scale the damn garuks allot more like dm was. Dm worked for us for 5-6 years before the sploit was discoverd? and nobady complained about how DM worked legit back then.
