I'm curious, got the email for the valentines and I've seen the white heart dotted female outfit but there was a red heart bikini in the picture in the email. I've looked at the item store several times, I only see the pink/white Play Costume which is on the NPC and the Pink Tuxedo Outfit. Do these items turn into the others if you click on them or combine them with a screwdriver or something?
Not 100% sure, I got some pink/heart pj's that have different/washed out textures on arms vs chest, looks like utter crap...
