I've played this game for 13 years now and not once have I seen it drop from Aztur.

I've heard it does, but really rarely.

Maybe 1 in 50 if at all (or so people say). I've killed him between 10 and 20 times with my Advy and haven't seen it either.

With about 280 kills on my old 60mp, I have had 0 brain imps drop from him. I think it's not on the loottable.
